Changes to Child Care Rules & Licensing Fees
The Division of Early Care and Learning is promulgating rule changes to the General Rules for Child Care Facilities 7.701, including changes to licensing fees. In September, proposed changes to Rules Regulating School-Aged Child Care Centers 7.712 and Rules Regulating Children's Resident Camps 7.711 will be available for comment.

COMPLETE THE MARKET RATE SURVEY
State and federal legislation requires the OEC to conduct a child care market rate survey every two years in order to receive federal funding from the Child Care and Development Fund. The market rate survey helps Colorado establish child care provider reimbursement rates.
