Market Rate Survey: Ends September 5, 2017
State and federal legislation requires the Office of Early Childhood to conduct a child care market rate survey every two years in order to receive federal funding from the Child Care and Development Fund. The market rate survey helps Colorado establish child care provider reimbursement rates. Contact Brett Reeder, Director of Strategic Operations, at Brett.Reeder@state.co.us or 303.866.5219, with questions or concerns.
Complete the survey online by selecting the appropriate survey link based on your license type. If you have more than one license type, complete a survey for each license type.
If you do not participate online, you will be contacted by phone to complete the survey. Survey participants are eligible for great prizes including tablets and gift cards to Amazon.com and Starbucks!
