    Title: Mental Health/Social Emotional Therapist

    Organization: The Mariposa Center for Infant, Child, and Family Enrichment

    Description: The Mariposa Center for Infant, Child, and Family Enrichment is looking for an experienced licensed mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) with a child and family focus to join our Denver-based group private practice. The therapist must have extensive training in trauma modalities, hold a play/creative arts focus, and possess a commitment to equity and social justice in mental health access. The therapist must be willing or already able to accept insurance, including behavioral health Medicaid. The position is flexible, full-time and includes managing a caseload and administrative duties necessary to maintain the group practice. Cases are a combination of clinic- and home-based through the Early Intervention Colorado program. Best fit candidates are willing to work flexibly in a busy pediatric environments and are willing and able to provide supervision to counseling students through our internship program. Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required.

Early intervention services shall be provided by qualified providers who meet the state personnel standards for each early intervention service. Early intervention providers shall maintain current and accurate documentation, including certifications, licensing, endorsements, and registrations and shall register, and update his or her information at least annually, in the statewide data system. An early intervention provider shall complete all required training, as defined by the department.
